A person has been remanded into custody charged with baby cruelty offences after allegedly lacing sweets with sedatives.
Jon Ruben, 76, of Ruddington, Nottinghamshire, appeared at Leicester Magistrates’ Court on Saturday after kids fell ailing at a summer season camp in Stathern, Leicestershire.
