Former Arsenal midfielder Thomas Partey is because of seem in courtroom at the moment, charged with raping two ladies.
The 32-year-old, who was charged 4 days after leaving the north London membership when his contract expired in June, faces 5 counts of rape and one rely of sexual assault.
He is accused of two counts of rape in opposition to one lady and three counts in opposition to one other. The sexual assault allegation pertains to a 3rd lady, the Crown Prosecution Service has mentioned.
The alleged offences happened between 2021 and 2022. The Metropolitan Police mentioned it first acquired reviews of an allegation of rape in February 2022.
Partey’s lawyer Jenny Wiltshire has beforehand mentioned the Ghanaian "denies all the charges against him" – and appears ahead to the possibility to "finally clear his name".
