Data reveals that being extra resilient can lower our stress, enhance productiveness, lower burnout, improve {our relationships}, and even scale back mortality in some conditions. However, after we are within the thick of struggling via life’s challenges, somebody simply telling us to “be more resilient” could really feel extra like gasoline lighting than true inspiration.
