This week, CDC Director Susan Monarez was ousted from her place after clashing with HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy over vaccine coverage and her refusal to fireplace a number of veteran CDC leaders, in response to individuals acquainted with the state of affairs. Her removing was adopted by the resignations of a number of senior leaders.
