The United Nations Security Council is to carry an pressing briefing to debate the Israeli strike in opposition to Hamas’ political management in Qatar.

Earlier this week, Qatar condemned the "cowardly Israeli attack" on the Palestinian militant group’s political headquarters within the metropolis, calling it a "flagrant violation of all international laws and norms"
