President Donald Trump’s speech, which started with out a teleprompter, turned largely off-script. He went into tangents about his crime discount efforts in US cities, Barack Obama’s carbon footprint, his personal stymied efforts to renovate the UN’s headquarters, and the efficacy of windmills. “We don’t want cows anymore. I guess they want to kill all the cows,” he stated at one level, with out rationalization. If there’s a by line, it’s his criticism of how a lot of the world — and the UN itself — is dealing with issues, and an accounting of how his method is best. #CNN #News
