The man suspected of the taking pictures at a Dallas Immigration and Customs Enforcement area workplace on Wednesday opened fireplace "indiscriminately" from a close-by rooftop, killing one detainee and wounding two others in a van, authorities stated.
The taking pictures suspect was recognized as 29-year-old Joshua Jahn, a number of legislation enforcement sources instructed ABC News.
Authorities stated he took his personal life.
