Starmer says the UK is at a ‘crossroads’ and there’s a ‘battle for the soul of this nation’

People will want digital ID in an effort to work within the UK by the top of the Parliament, Sir Keir Starmer has confirmed.

Speaking at a summit in London, the PM stated the immigration system wanted to be "fair" or it could undermine "people’s faith that we’re on their side".
