Tyler Robinson, the person charged with the homicide of conservative activist Charlie Kirk at Utah Valley University, is predicted to make his first in-person courtroom look.
He appeared nearly at a listening to on 17 September, per week after Kirk was shot lifeless whereas chatting with college students.
Prosecutors allege Robinson shot Kirk within the neck with a bolt-action rifle from the roof of a close-by constructing on the campus in Orem, about 40 miles (64 kilometres) south of Salt Lake City.
