Part of a high-rise condominium constructing in New York City collapsed Wednesday morning, leaving a nook of the constructing a pile of rubble.
The metropolis’s fireplace division mentioned it had no speedy studies of accidents. It mentioned it was responding to a report of a gasoline explosion that collapsed an incinerator shaft within the 20-story constructing within the Bronx.
Authorities mentioned no residential models had been affected. The constructing is city-owned public housing. Multiple messages looking for remark had been left with the Housing Authority.
