The aunt of Daejaun Campbell, Shalina Brown, learn an announcement on behalf of the his household.
"We are told to stay calm, to trust the system but how many more children must be buried before this country finally admits, it has failed them", she stated.
"How many more mothers must scream into pillows because the streets have become open graves."
Two youngsters have been jailed for the homicide of 15-year-old Daejaun.
