‘She’s delusional’: US ambassador to Israel rejects cupboard minister’s declare on Gaza peace deal

The US ambassador to Israel has referred to as cupboard minister Bridget Phillipson "delusional" after she advised Sky News the UK performed a key position within the Gaza peace deal.

The training secretary advised Sunday Morning With Trevor Phillips, whereas recognising the "critical role" of the US, that Sir Keir Starmer’s presence at a signing ceremony for the ceasefire deal in Egypt on Monday "demonstrates the key role that we have played".

The US ambassador to Israel, Mike Huckabee, reposted the Sky News clip of Ms Phillipson’s feedback and mentioned: "I guarantee you she’s delusional.

"She can thank Donald Trump anytime just to set the record straight."
