Vans carrying Palestinian prisoners have left Israeli prisons, in accordance with a stay video feed and the Palestinian Prisoners’ Office. Some of the vans left Ofer Prison and arrived a short time later in Ramallah within the occupied West Bank. CNN witnessed a big crowd, in addition to medical employees, gathering in Ramallah.
