Nine individuals have been arrested after "violent riots" cancelled Tel Aviv’s soccer derby between Hapoel and Maccabi, based on Israeli police.
Police added dozens of smoke grenades and pyrotechnic gadgets had been thrown, injuring 13 civilians and three cops.
