Donald Trump has introduced he can be elevating tariffs on imports of Canadian items by an additional 10% due to an anti-tariff advert aired in Ontario.
The advert used the phrases of former US president Ronald Reagan to criticise US tariffs.
A livid Mr Trump on Friday cancelled "all trade negotiations" with Canada.
