Another international prisoner is on the run after being mistakenly launched, Sky News has learnt.
The error at HMP Wandsworth in south London occurred on 29 October – simply 5 days after the high-profile launch of migrant intercourse offender Hadush Kebatu from HMP Chelmsford in Essex.
