Sudan’s paramilitary agrees to ceasefire amid humanitarian disaster

After 2.5 years of civil warfare in Sudan, the Rapid Support Forces have agreed to a U.S.-backed ceasefire. The warfare between the RSF and the Sudanese Armed Forces has created what the U.N. describes as the biggest humanitarian disaster on this planet. Ciarán Donnelly, senior vice chairman for International Programs on the International Rescue Committee, joins "The Daily Report" to debate.
