Defence Secretary John Healey is delivering a speech on defence funding forward of the chancellor’s price range subsequent week.
It comes as MPs have warned the UK lacks a nationwide plan to defend itself from assault.
The defence secretary is predicted to announce that no less than 13 websites throughout the nation have been recognized for brand new arms factories, creating round 1,000 new jobs.
