European diplomats have reacted with shock after Russia and the United States drew up a peace plan for Ukraine.
A 28-point proposal for peace was created between Donald Trump’s negotiator Steve Witkoff and Kremlin official Kirill Dmitriev with out European and Ukrainian involvement.
The White House confirmed the proposal has been within the works for a month and President Zelenskyy mentioned he is able to interact with the U.S.-backed plan.
