A BBC board member has resigned after criticising "governance issues" on the high of the company.
Shumeet Banerji notified the board of his resignation on Friday, the BBC stated in an announcement.
It comes lower than two weeks after the company’s director-general Tim Davie and chief govt of BBC News Deborah Turness resigned earlier this month after a row over the modifying of a Panorama documentary on Donald Trump.
