Chancellor Rachel Reeves says she is "deeply disappointed" by a leak of her funds by the OBR.
She instructed MPs the untimely publication was a "serious error" by the funds watchdog.
The mistake by the OBR, about half-hour earlier than the chancellor was as a result of ship her funds, meant all the important thing measures had been already within the public area earlier than she obtained to her toes.
