GOP lawmakers query legality of second strike on alleged drug boat
Lawmakers from each side of the aisle voiced severe considerations over the weekend over reviews on a follow-up strike that killed survivors on an alleged drug vessel within the Caribbean, with some suggesting it might represent a “war crime.” Rep.
