The governor of West Virginia, Patrick Morrisey, is giving an replace on the taking pictures of two members of the US National Guard in Washington DC.
The suspect, 29-year-old Rahmanullah Lakanwal, is dealing with a first-degree homicide cost after the dying of 20-year-old Sarah Beckstrom. Another soldier, Andrew Wolfe, was critically wounded within the taking pictures on 26 November.
