Charlotte Hennessy, whose father was killed within the Hillsborough catastrophe, speaks at a information convention in Liverpool.
She says, "we will never truly know the full extent of South Yorkshire Police forces’ deception but there is no hiding, there is no destroying and there is no way to cover that they failed their duties and sort to blame the victims".
Hennessy says the police didn’t acknowledge their "exposed" failings however selected to "double down" and spotlight "that some of their officers are now very elderly".
