The New York Times, which cited paperwork and an official who spoke anonymously, was first to report the operation in Minneapolis. The newest federal immigration effort comes as President Donald Trump ended his Cabinet assembly on Tuesday by asserting he doesn’t need Somali immigrants within the United States.
