The suspect who allegedly attacked a New York University scholar on her technique to class Monday morning has been arrested, police stated.
The alleged attacker, James Rizzo, 45, ran as much as the 20-year-old girl on Broadway close to Astor Place, slapped her head, grabbed her hair after which took off, the New York Police Department stated.
