Video taken in Kenner, Louisiana reveals two males standing on a roof Wednesday as federal brokers encompass a house in a suburb outdoors of New Orleans. It’s not clear why Border Patrol brokers didn’t try and get the 2 males off the roof earlier than leaving the scene or if the boys are undocumented.
