Donald Trump has filed a defamation lawsuit towards the BBC, alleging the company’s Panorama documentary portrayed him in a "false, defamatory, deceptive, disparaging, inflammatory, and malicious" method.
The criticism pertains to the broadcaster’s enhancing of a speech he made in 2021 on the day his supporters overran the Capitol constructing.
