Canadian prime minister Mark Carney says "we have the conditions, the possibility, for the just and lasting peace" throughout a gathering with Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
But he provides that this requires a "willing Russia", who he condemns for a "barbaric" in a single day assault on Kyiv.
