Judge in DC pipe bomb case won’t resolve suspect’s detention at the moment

A federal decide declined Tuesday to make a right away choice about whether or not the suspected 2021 Washington, DC, pipe bomber, Brian Cole Jr., can be held in jail as he awaits trial.

Cole has been charged with putting two explosive units close to the Republican and Democratic nationwide committee buildings on the eve of the January 6, 2021, riot on the US Capitol.
