Charlotte Niddam beforehand attended Immanuel College in Hertfordshire – her nationality is unclear.
She is one in all two named individuals confirmed as lacking.
Arthur Brodard, 16, from Lausanne, Switzerland, can be lacking. His mom, Laetitia Brodard-Sitre, has been close to the location of the blaze trying to find data.
