Mom blames Instagram for her teen daughters’ dying

Julianna Arnold says her 17-year-old daughter died after she met an older man on Instagram who bought her capsules laced with fentanyl. She now runs a non-profit for fogeys who say they misplaced their youngsters due to social media.
