Man arrested after spraying Rep. Omar with unknown liquid throughout city corridor: Police

During a city corridor in Minneapolis on Tuesday, a person charged the rostrum the place Rep. Ilhan Omar was giving remarks, appeared to squirt a liquid at her and was then tackled to the bottom by a safety guard after a short battle.

The man, recognized as 55-year-old Anthony Kazmierczak was arrested and booked into Hennepin County Jail on suspicion of third-degree assault, Minneapolis police mentioned.
