Serial killer Steve Wright has pleaded responsible to the homicide of a 17-year-old lady in 1999.
The 67-year-old had been resulting from go on trial however modified his plea on the final second.
It is the primary time Wright has admitted any killings.
Victoria Hall was on her approach house to Trimley St Mary from a nightclub in Felixstowe when she vanished in 1999.
Wright is serving an entire life sentence for the murders of 5 different girls, carried out over a 10-day interval in December 2006.
