A Russian ship captain has been discovered responsible of manslaughter by gross negligence after a deadly North Sea collision.
Vladimir Motin, 59, was convicted after his container vessel, the Solong, crashed into the Stena Immaculate, an anchored US oil tanker, close to the Humber Estuary final March.
