The household of Harvey Willgoose say the schoolboy "would still be alive" if his college hadn’t missed "many opportunities" to guard him.

Harvey, 15, was stabbed exterior the canteen at All Saints Catholic High School in Sheffield final 12 months by a fellow pupil.
