UK Athletics has admitted inflicting the dying of a Paralympian who was hit on the top by a metallic pole.
Abdullah Hayayei, 36, who represented the United Arab Emirates, was fatally injured at Newham Leisure Centre, east London, whereas coaching in 2017.
