One week after Eric Dane’s loss of life from ALS, ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ honored his legacy and time on the sequence with a montage of Mark Sloan’s best moments. The 60-second tribute, which aired on the finish of the Feb. 26 episode and was then shared to social media, featured moments reminiscent of Mark dubbing himself and Jackson Avery (Jesse Williams) the “Plastics Posse,” his friendship with Callie Torres (Sara Ramirez) and the second he walked her down the aisle in addition to his love story with Lexie Grey (Chyler Leigh). While this was the primary time the present itself honored Eric since his loss of life at age 53 on the twentieth anniversary of his first look on the present, quite a few his ‘Grey’s’ colleagues and friends—together with Patrick Dempsey, Katherine Heigl, and Kate Walsh—beforehand spoke out amid their heartbreak.
