Sen. John Cornyn and Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton are heading to a May 26 runoff for the Republican nomination for US Senate. In Dallas County, a part of which Crockett represents in Congress, ballot websites for the Democratic major remained open till 10 p.m. ET after a whole bunch of voters reported being turned away. The Texas Supreme Court issued a keep stopping Dallas County from counting ballots from anybody who bought in line after 8 p.m. ET, when polls usually shut. Those votes are being separated for now, in line with a neighborhood elections official.
