Joseph Dugger, 31, was arrested in Arkansas on March 18 and charged with lewd and lascivious conduct involving illegal sexual exercise with a minor, in line with a number of regulation enforcement departments. The cost stemmed from a 2020 incident wherein the ’19 Kids and Counting’ alum allegedly molested a 9-year-old lady throughout a household trip in Panama City Beach, Fla., the Bay County Sheriff’s Office of Florida stated in a press release March 18. The lady, now 14, got here ahead to police about "past sexual abuse" and "disclosed several incidents" allegedly involving the TLC star, in line with the Sheriff’s Office. Joseph’s older brother Josh Duggar was sentenced to 12 years in jail for baby pornography in 2022. His enchantment was rejected by the Supreme Court in June 2024.
