LaGuardia Airport shut down after Air Canada airplane collides with car, killing 2, officers say
Two folks had been useless at LaGuardia Airport in New York after a late-night collision between a Port Authority airport car and an Air Canada regional airplane, a crash that closed the airport early on Monday, in accordance with police and officers who spoke with ABC News.
The pilot and the co-pilot of the airplane had been believed to have been killed, in accordance with a number of officers briefed on the state of affairs. The New York City Chief Medical Examiner’s Office was on-scene early on Monday, and officers had been awaiting affirmation of the identities of those that had been killed.
