Catherine Harding, spouse to soccer star Jorginho and mother to Ada Law with ex Jude Law, addressed the latest incident between her daughter and Chappell Roan at a resort in Brazil. Noting that Catherine didn’t anticipate the scenario to get “so crazy,” she stated in her March 22 video, “I know that Chappelle has responded saying it wasn’t her security and that she didn’t do it. So, 100 percent this security guard was not a security guard of the hotel—that’s what I can say. He looks after artists. So, I don’t know if it was her personal security guard, but he was with her. That’s all I know.” She added that she “would like to hope” that Chappell didn’t ship the safety guard over, however famous, “I think that you have a responsibility, when you are a celebrity, to make sure that the people that work for you are acting on your behalf.
