Streeting responds to guardian who says he ‘has blood on his fingers’

A guardian of a meningitis affected person has accused Health Secretary Wes Streeting of getting "blood of his hands" following the NHS response to the outbreak.

In March, instances described as "unprecedented" led to the deaths of a college scholar and a Year 13 pupil from Queen Elizabeth’s Grammar School, each in Kent.
