Live exterior NY courtroom as former Venezuelan President seems for first time since January

Venezuela’s former president Nicolas Maduro is again in courtroom in New York, as his lawyer seeks to have drug trafficking costs thrown out in a dispute over authorized charges.

It is the primary time Maduro, 63, and his spouse, Cilia Flores, 69, have appeared in courtroom since a January listening to by which they denied all the costs.

Maduro led Venezuela from 2013 till his dramatic seize, together with Flores, by US army forces on 3 January in an in a single day raid on their dwelling in Caracas.
