A Miss Grand Thailand contestant is giving new which means to dental crowns. Kamolwan Chanago shocked spectators when her veneers fell out mid-speech in the course of the pageant’s preliminary spherical March 25. The 18-year-old was in the course of introducing herself onstage when the dental laminates of her higher tooth loosened. Visibly struggling to talk together with her mouth full, Kamolwan turned away from the digital camera to set her veneers again in place. And like a professional, she went on to sashay down the catwalk in her glittery night robe. Kamolwan—one of many 77 contestants vying for the crown—even flashed an enormous, toothy smile as she spun round, flipping her fur scarf within the air earlier than heading off the stage. Organizers for the occasion praised her for dealing with the scenario "with professionalism and composure," telling ‘People’ in a press release, "We are proud of her confidence and stage presence throughout the competition."
