Domestic abuser jailed after spouse jumped to her dying from Dundee bridge
A violent home abuser, who was convicted of killing his spouse in a landmark case after she jumped to her dying from a bridge to flee him, has been jailed for eight years.
Lee Milne, 40, denied any wrongdoing however was discovered responsible of culpable murder and home abuse of Kimberly Milne, 28, following a trial on the High Court in Glasgow final month.
The case was the primary prosecution of its type in Scotland wherein an offender was held criminally liable for the suicide of their companion.
