Lindsie Chrisley is going through a authorized battle. The ‘Chrisley Knows Best’ alum’s boyfriend David Landsman was arrested for aggravated assault/strangulation and battery on April 10 in Cherokee County, Ga., in accordance with arrest data and an affidavit connected to Chrisley’s petition for a short lived protecting order obtained by E! News. The April 13 submitting alleged that she and Landsman—who was booked within the Cherokee County jail and has since been launched—had an altercation on April 9 after he noticed an image on her cellphone "that he thought was a photo of another man" whereas they have been out to dinner. Chrisley wrote in her petition that her boyfriend of two years grew to become "verbally aggressive" till he realized the picture was of himself. When they returned to Landsman’s residence, Chrisley mentioned informed him she wished to "step away from the relationship for the time being," to which he grew "agitated and aggravated,” per the affidavit. The 36-year-old alleged that Landsman strangled her when she tried to leave and only managed to get away after punching him. She said Landsman called the police the next day to report the punch, but was arrested himself after authorities saw "lacerations on her head from being thrown onto the bottom."
