Local police say that the youngsters have been shot in a "domestic disturbance" at totally different houses.
Police spokesperson Chris Bordelon stated 10 folks have been shot in complete and among the eight kids who died have been associated to the gunman.
The suspect was reportedly shot and killed by police throughout a chase.
