The 46-year-old wrote "read" in his April 27 Instagram Story alongside a poem initially shared by poet John Roedel 4 days prior, which started, "My brain and heart divorced / a decade ago / about who was to blame about how big of a mess I have become / Eventually, they couldn’t be in the same room together." The poem concluded, "I packed a little bag and walked to the doors of the lungs / before I could even knock, she opened the door with a smile and a gust of wind embraced me, she said / ‘what took you so long?’" Channing—who shares daughter Everly, 12, with ex-wife Jenna Dewan—and Zoë, 37, began relationship in 2021 after working collectively on her directorial debut ‘Blink Twice.’ The pair obtained engaged two years later, although their romance fizzled out in 2024 shortly after their film’s launch.
