The Labour MP threatening to problem Sir Keir Starmer says cupboard ministers ought to "come up with somebody they can all get behind" and change the PM.

Speaking to Sunday Morning with Trevor Phillips, Catherine West says: "I will listen to the prime minister’s speech, but if it’s not up to scratch tomorrow, then I’m afraid I will have to take action."
